so I remember September 11 2001 . I remember I was in the first semester at Junior College it was my day off from school and my mom said we are being attacked . I though my home was being attacked and I got up and saw the the Twin Towers on fire and saw the news reporting then moments later the Tower fell the first tower was gone. I was so sad and worried for the people and knew they had died and I had lots of worry and was glued to my tv to see what was gonna happen next. while this day was tragic and sad. we had lots of hero from this day. like the rescuers and first reponders like the brave police men and police women and firemen that tired to save the people in the twin towers. and the heros that died on flight 93 the passenegers of flight united 93 tried to take over the plane from the hi-jackers and in a struggle the plane crashed in a field in Pennsylvania ! The plane was either headed for the capitol building or the white house . because of the brave passengers of flight 93 that never happened and United 93 never reached its target .
We are a great county and came back and show terrorists we will not hide in fear. God bless the USA !

I feel sorry for them . because I know how to ride a bike its fun. you have to be craeful and follow the rules of the road. you can wear a safety helmet or orange vest so vehicles and motorists can see you. Also when you ride a bike if you live close to work you can bike to work or you can ride to the store if you want to get something at the store. I learned how to ride my bike and its fun. well if you do not know how to ride a bike and you're an Adult I encourage you to learn take lessons have a friend help. you can get excercise. have somebody help you keep your balance because its not fun and you can seriously get hurt if you fall from your bike. you can listen to music on your bike., you are saving gas $$$ money while riding your bike !! you can get exercise and riding bikes and can meet up with friends and family for a bike ride. don't be embrassed to ask and learn to ride a bike ask a friend to help from Phillip from Galt

I went to the Toy and Wrestling Expo on Sunday . It was fun. I saw some independent Wrestling. Supreme Pro Wrestling in Sacramento. I got some wreslting action figures. I got Bill Goldberg ! Bill Goldberg is one of my favorite WWE and WCW champion he is a beast and the strongest wrestler. I also Saw WWE /WWF superstar wrestling legend Marty Jannetty former Intercontenintal champion and Tag team champion one half of the rockers with HBK Shawn Michaels. Janetty was a high risk move wrestler and had some high flying moves off the top rope and had some exciting moments ! I had fun from Phillip from Galt , here are some picture of my day on Sunday !

So now he needed to get it worked on and he had surgey which was done by Dr. James Andews. John Cean is the champ he is a good guy he works with make a wish and cheers up sick kids in the hospital. John Cena is nice and gives his shirts and wrist band to fans. he signs autographs for fans. and he beat all the best people and John Cena is one of the best WWE Wrestlers. John Cena is one of the best champs of all time. He beat Triple H, Randy Orton, CM Punk and John Cean does not back down he beat the Rock at WrestleMania this year in April to become the new WWE Champion. John Cena is going to back and be the champ again ! he is gonna rehab and be back for WrestleMania next year ! John Cena have get better and healthy and you will be the champ.
